COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before every appointment, we will be asking a few questions for the safety of our staff and other patients.
Do you have coughing or shortness of breath?
Have you been in contact with or caring for anyone with COVID-19?
Have you travelled within the last 14 days?
Do you have any pending COVID-19 tests?
Do you have chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell?
Have you been in contact with anyone who has been sick or has travelled or have been in large groups?
Are you sick with any respiratory or intestinal illness?
If you answered YES, to any of the above questions, please DO NOT come into the office. Should one need to seek medical care, report to Hilo Medical Center Emergency Dept. If you believe you need a COVID-19 test, please call our offices or report to an Urgent Care Clinic or to Hilo Medical Center Emergency Department for further assistance.
